Decision making again!

Goshh.. Why do I have to make so many big decisions? Well, it's not that big afterall but it took me weeks to think about it. I've decided to stay in Samsung and now, in Samsung I have to decide which department to go to. It's roughly the same department but handling different stuffs. I'm still a management trainee but currently I'm attached to the AV team, training me to be the next Product Manager (PM). Now, the AV team's marketing communications (MARCOM) PIC is leaving and I have to choose whether to take over her place as a MARCOM or remain as a PM.

Decision made with support from my closed ones and I've decided to move to MARCOM! woohoo.. Learn more, more events to come, and move to PM after I've gained experience in that field. Best decision eh? XD Hope I made the right one this time. =)

Sighh.. P&G called me the other day for an interview. I told them I'm working and I could try out in the future. Is that the right decision??

Some people ask me to go for P&G but I'm telling myself not to go for it. It's not that P&G is not good. I've been desperate to get into P&G before this but unfortunately Samsung made the move first. There are reasons that I did not take up P&G. I've just adapted myself into Samsung's working environment and I'm learning hard. People in Samsung always said that it's a good learning and start of ground in Samsung but how true is it, I have no idea. Maybe their boasting about it but I have to make myself believe it because all I want is to learn. OMG, i don;t know what am I mumbling here.

Well, another reason I'm not going for P&G is because I believe I can go for it in the future. AND the final and utmost reason is it is not appropriate to leave Samsung when I've just entered. I will spoil my own reputation. In other words, I'm loyal? XD

Sigh.. It's true that when you start working, you want to go back to your education life badly.. When you're suffering or battling with studies and exams, you wanna start working so badly. This is L-I-F-E lor.. >.<

So to the students out there, jangan merangut ya.. =D

Anyhow, time flies when you're working. But it's suffering if you don't have anything to do in the office while everyone's busy completing their work like there's no tomorrow!

I can say the public transport in Malaysia fails. Especially my area!

I got so 'pek chek' early in the morning because of the bus and ktm service. I arrived late to work for 2 days consecutively. The first day, due to the late bus. The second, due to the cable broken KTM. Gahhhh... I have to go out at 6am then only I won't be late to work is it????

If you know KTM so many people duduk, come out with a more frequent train schedule laaaaa.. You know what. I have to learn how to write the "fook" word in chinese. Then I'll give it to those professional "people pushers" who can get into the train as if the people surrounding them are not human.. What, you thought you're the only one rushing to work is it? Cis.. They can really push me and other people from the door to the middle of the cabin. Li hai betul. I don't have to hold anything also won't fall. Sighh..

I've been in Samsung for 20 days now and from the very first day, colleagues tell me that Samsung Malaysia has this ad hoc culture. It's so damn true! From 8.30am to 5pm, I got nothing to do. But when I was about to leave at 6pm, all of my product managers will look for me and pass things for me to do. Sighh.. Not only ad hoc in this case. I can see their work is all ad hoc. LOL. Can I change this in the future? I hope so because I used to be a last minute person too. XD

This weekend is the launching of Porsche's new car which is 1.2 MILLION. (o.O) I'll be there to be the coordinator for Samsung's booth - the introduction of Samsung's C9000 3D LED TV which is RM30 THOUSAND and it's only 8.9mm thick!! (o.O)! What? A TV which is as thick as a PENCIL ONLY? hahaha..now pray I get to drive one Porsche home. =D

So... here am I again! How's Samsung?? Well, working environment was okay but the people there are very very busy. I got very bored during my 1st week and I felt useless there. Reading newspapers, magazines, and surfing the net while everyone's busy doing and rushing their stuff. I did offer for help but none needed me. huhu..

I love the activities offered by the company. I can go for badminton every monday and thursday. I can go for yoga every Thursday.. and I can go for mix martial art dance class every Thursday. And it's all for FREE!! =D

My boss nominated me to attend a presentation skills training at Sunway Hotel and it was fun! (boring sometimes tough) And I think I'm having food phobia again due to 2 consecutive days of lunch buffet. 4 meals per day - morning tea, breakfast, lunch buffet, and evening tea. o.O How not to resist the good food?? =)

Ahh.. I love fridays, saturdays and sundays now.. you know why. hahaha

Well again, sorry for not updating. Laziness struck me all the time. LOL..So.. what's up to me? Basically nothing much. Slacking at home, going for interviews, window shopping, facebooking, eat, sleep, and sleep.

About the interviews, I've went a total of 3 interviews. Applied 8, only 3 called me up. And Samsung offered the management trainee position! Woohoo.. I didn't know Samsung has cars, insurance, hospital, university, the largest semiconductor manufacturer, the top MNC company, and etc etc until I read about them. =) Starting work tomorrow.. Foohh!

OMG. I just had the most expensive dinner in my life so far. Went to Hilton's Iketeru with mom, dad, and his boss' family. 6 of us in total. I ate sirloin, big scallops, very big prawns, lamb, very fresh raw salmon, japanese pancake, and foie gras!! My first time having foie gras and God, I love it man! The soft, juicy and tasty texture that melts in your mouth. Mmm~ You'll be wanting for more! XD

While waiting for the boss to arrive, me and mom looked at the menu. After seeing the first dish's price which is the most expensive, we got shocked (o.O). RM500 for the sirloin. BUT I don't know whether is it that sirloin we had. The boss paid for the meal so didn't have the chance to look at the bill. But I THINK it amounts to about RM2k. waaa~ I better not shit for the next few days. Have to keep those in my stomach before letting it go. hahaha..

Anyhow, the food there is really nice. There are cheaper ones like fried rice about rm20. I think it tastes good cause I see the chefs keep on frying rice in front of me. (Teppanyaki style) Ahh~ I wanna go again! :D

Holaaaa.. I'm back!! for nothing. LOL

I really don't know what to blog about. Nothing special's happening. What I've been doing everyday is, FYP, assignments, and sleep. XD

Well, had trouble collecting the 180 respondents for my FYP. Anyhow, I've fake some of it and begged some of it back. Sighh.. I personally thinks that this FYP thing is ridiculous and it's not necessary. Waste of time. People get to choose between internship and fyp. We, from some neither high standard nor famous university have to do both of it! WTH right?

I just hope I can get a pass. I think most of us just want a pass and most of us doesn't want to get an A or A-. First time hearing students don't wanna get A eh?? haha..Well, for your information, if we get A or A-, our paper has to go through a second reader and the probability to drop to a C is there. There are cases like that. *grasp*

Yes, In exactly three months time, I'll be graduating!! Free from assignments, free from the stupid FYP, and free from exams!! Muahaha..

So sad that's the end of my CNY in KL. I had a great time with my friends and family. House visiting, yee sang, gambling, and angpaussss.. Who doesn't love chinese new year eh?? =)

Hmmm.. Seems like I've been blogging less and less. Lazy + unmotivated. I'm getting sick and stuck with my fyp. Why can't I be hardworking as others? Hopefully I can just PASS my fyp la har.. I don't need an A or A-. Am not greedy. I just want a pass! Ngek Ngek

fooh! Time flies and I'm now 23. Didn't realised I've went to Sarawak for 3 years already and am graduating soon! =)

I had a great birthday with my coursemates. So sweet of them to spend the whole day with me. Thank you so much to all of you. Each time when I open this page(new post), I will just leave it there empty and at the end of the day, I'll close it leaving it empty. There's this feeling of wanting to post/update but when I come to this page, I don't know where to start and what to talk about. In the end, it's empty. Well, seems like I'm not into blogging as much as I do before.

So, what shall i talk about now. I've been back here for 2 weeks already and looking forward to the CNY celebration, which means ANGPAU$$$$ XD.

Most of you might love this final semester but i don't because it's gotta be damn stress. Not only the complicated-confused-stucked-FYP is stressing us up. Subjects like Business Law that needs good memory and tons of memorizing activities will kill my brain cells even more. Another subject which is thought by an AngMoh (where Malaysian students are not used to that way of teaching) makes life even difficult because all the reading materials are journals journals and journals. TONS of journals which I hate reading them! Worst of all is 3 out of the 4 lectures are in the morning as early as 8am. I hate morning classes.

Anyhow, I'll enjoy my last semester of my uni life. Else, I won't have the chance to do it again. Enjoy till the max people! Studying is just a part of your life.

Celebrated christmas EVE at the boy's house. We bought marinated chicken drumstick and lamb. We cooked ABC soup and had a hard time cooking the chicken and lamb. LOL. Then watched paranormal activity.. OMG. The ~~movie~~ documentary quite scary lor. But it's something different. haha.

Christmas day stayed at home, do nothing. Will be going to malacca tomorrow with roommie! CiaozZ people

I couldn't even recall when was the last time I went to the theme park. This trip was anticipating since me and lifong mentioned about it. I so so so wanted to go to the theme park I don't know why. It was fun enjoying the rides with them but i think i'm too big to get scared? It wasn't thrilling as the last time! Someday, I'll go USA punya disneyland again or other more exciting theme parks.. I remember i sat the double 360degree turn at the age of 8. I cried and forced my dad to accompany me. Don't think he can take those anymore now. hahaha

We went to the casino and i donated RM50 again. From then on, I don't wanna go to the casino again until I feel I'm lucky to go there! I don't think I have the luck in the casino. And i prefer gambling during CNY with my hands on. More fun and exciting. I get to make noise as loud as I can and I don't have to inhale those smokes. After gambling, we had a really really great night catching up with each other in the room. We chatted till dawn and some didn't even slept. haha. okie.. picture time!

Omg. I think I have the fear of food now - Cibophobia. After eating 4 oysters, dunno-how-many slices of salmon, abalone, and tuna, a bowl of mushroom soup, 2 thai coconuts, 2 scoops of haagen dazs, unagis, lamb, etc etc. Well, it's not that much thought but I just couldn't eat alot nowadays. Half a bowl of panmee would make me stomach full. huhu.. good thing or bad thing? But I'm 5X kg now! lost 2 kgs. hehehehehe.. And and and I'm not that 'wai sek' compared to last time when I see food (any food!), my saliva starts to drip. OMG.. I feel like vomiting when I see food now. Burrrppp..(Excuse me)

Hmmm.. Felt lazy nowadays to update my blog. Nothing much. As usual, S.E.P (sleep eat play). XD I wanna exercise exercise exercise!!

Ahh.. Went to a Datuk's daughter's wedding yesterday at Sime Darby Convention Centre(hotel too small to fit so many people? ) and it was something special. The bridegroom was an ang moh and his parents are divorced and remarried. Both parents came with the othr half and they were introduced before the bride and bridegroom. 1st was the father and STEPmother followed up by the mother and STEpfather then, the datuk and datin and last but not least, the bride and bridegroom. I was first confused when I saw 2 sets of parents cos I couldn't hear clearly what the emcee said. Then dad and his friends starting joking that if the parents were chinese, there'll be a fight (chinese mah). Ang mohs more open minded right. =) hahaha.. There's lots of speeches. 1st given by the datuk, then the bridegroom's father and then the bridegroom. But all their speeches were funny and the last one was touching till I cried. XD

Oooooohh.. I'm just so good at slacking. Supposedly, I have 2 weeks to revise all the subjects. But! I used that 2 weeks just to revise ONE subject which is so difficult to understand , digest, and memorize. And I have to pay more attention on it because my carry marks is low. + my slacking ability causes the delay. XD

Sighh.. It took me 2 days to finish the rest of the subjects. This semester's exam timetable is so hectic. I'll be finishing 4 subjects in 4 days. Is it good or bad?? Some say good, some say bad. I say good and bad. Good because the stress and pain ends faster. Bad because I so so little time to revise the next subject!

Mitsu Shabu - Shabu

Went to this Mitsu Shabu-Shabu opposite The Spring for a try. Not bad actually. Mind you, it's very cold inside there and the worst part is I was sitting right next to the standing air-con! So I think my body temparature will get balanced up by the steam but I was wrong. I couldn't stand it anymore and I started to stare at the air-con and finally someone came and turn it off. XD Price was kinda reasonable but when I come to think of it, it wasn't that reasonable anymore cause the vegetables platter was sooo little! I can finish the vege in one mouth full. Taste wise, Nagomi is still the best. =)

So..her birthday was..uhm.. last friday? But we celebrated for her one day before her actual birthday. Wanted to give her surprises but she's just too smart. And we failed. But not the cake part! She didn't knew there's a cake coming from behind her. And it's from SECRET RECIPE weih! LOL.. I'm the one who always do planning and I love to do so and am happy when I see them happy and satisfied. But very seldom people will do that for me cause my birthday falls around CNY time and friends are busy. Sobss.. a week full of activities

Seems like I have lots (it's considered a lot for me over here ok) of activities this week.

Monday - class as usual but I didn't attend it. Don't ask me why. LOL

Tuesday - class as usual or shall I say unusual. Apparently, I (and the whole class) was asked to present something which ended up NO VALUE to the lecturer. I presented as to what he asked and he ended up not listening but talking to the Malay girls. And when I stopped, all he said was "Rubbish Rubbish! All these are RUBBISH!!"

WTF. So insulting lor.. You never listened but you said rubbish? I did mentioned the point he wanted and he said that I didn't mentioned it at all. Fine. I took over it as I've already get used to what he always said "You have no value". What kind of lecturer is this. Instead of encouraging us/ teaching us, he insulted us. What is more, he didn't teach much. I think he's the worst lecturer I've (I believe most of my coursemates as well) encountered.

Wednesday - A uni-visit to KPA. Some port in Kuching. (It's considered an activity okay. and AT LEAST, I'm out of the uni).. Going out at night to settle something as well.

Thursday - Will be celebrating my coursemate, waimun's birthday. (Going out again. Yay).. Oh! Dad will be ariving in Kuching this day. For work of course... But will be meeting him up the next day. =)

Friday - Wai Kuan's coming over to Kuching for a holiday! Yippee!! And it's the 3rd time (this semester) me being the tour guide around Kuching. Haha.. So me and ooimon will be bringing her around for 3 days. Will make her gain at least 1kg before she returns. haha..

Saturday & Sunday - Spending the weekend with both of them. And of course, I'll do my work when I'm back. As all of you know, Kuching got no night life. So we'll be back early. xD

Again, sorry for the delayed postings. I won't blog if I don't have the mood to. What for spamming the blog just for the marks? I can if I want to. I don't want to because my blog will be my diary. I will and I did look back at what I've written and gone through. I can read stories from the original website kay. I don't need to go to your blog. Swt. It's just so ridiculous to see those people posting ridiculous stuffs. I even laughed at it. On the other hand, I sighed because such people exist. =.=

I rushed my final year project because I was told that we have to hand in the first 3 chapters on the 23rd. So I rush and rush which I think I didn't do it well. I'll improve it during the holiday. There goes my holidays..stuck with the FYP. Of course I'll enjoy at the same time. Meeting up friends, maybe a short trip, eat eat eat, exercise, and of course, spending time with my loved ones would be a great holiday for me. =)

Again, my housemates doesn't know how to abide the rules. Or shall I say their just plain S-T-U-P-I-D. Yes I'm being harsh here because they really piss me off. I came up with a duty roaster but they're not following it. Yes they did "wash" the toilet by just sweeping away the flooded area(uneven) on the floor. I did that almost everyday okay? Grr.. In the end, I couldn't stand with the dirt anymore and I clean it up myself.

This is what I encountered when I got back from discussion last night. I turned on the switch I start hearing sounds. Those electrical "hissing" sounds. Then I quickly turn it off, unplugged the plug and I saw this!

OhMyGod.. how could this happen?? The plug was extremely hot when I touched it. Fooh. Luckily I didn't caught any electrical shock. Or else, nobody will rescue me. haha.. Curse the company who did that extension!

This kitty came into my house one day. I wonder how she get up to the 7th floor? LOL. So me and dad decided to adopt her since she was sooo cute. We named her Junie bcos she came into our house in June. haha.. When she first came in, she was just the size of a shoe box. And now, she's one big fat cat like garfield. haha. Not as fat as garfield la but if my mom keep on feeding her non stop, she'll soon look like garfield. Mom initially doesn't want us to adopt it but now, she's the one that Junie always stick with. Junie used to stick to me when she's small, but now not anymore. Junie will stop if mom says stop but if I were the one who said that, she wouldn't listen. Sob.. Yes i'm jealous. haha.. what to do? mom always buy her good food, buy her ikan bilis, give her duck meat, pork meat, chicken meat, etc etc. Patutlah she become fatter and fatter.

Guess what.. Me and my coursemates decided to interview the owner of Chef@Home (for one of our assignments) and surprisingly we found out that she's a LECTURER! OwMaiGod.

She's not one simple lady. She's fun and nice to talk to, and her stories are interesting! She's a chef itself, and had worked for a number of 5 star international hotels. Now, she's a lecturer in Stamford (I didn't knew there's a Stamford here. LOL). Everything she said was right and totally agreed with her. "Doing business is about honesty. DO NOT cheat your customers because they'll know it. Give what your customers pay for."

So you'll have what you pay for over there. A fresh apple juice is a fresh apple juice. No water's added like what we mostly get from outside. She mentioned that the sirloin there is the best selling dish. I trust her for that, and I'll try it one day! By the way, the food there 's not bad. Save save save first. hehe..

Ahhh.. I miss KL food. I ~~like~~ love to eat and I like trying new and different cuisines but NO exotic foods please. Unless you can tell and convince me how good it is. Ok why suddenly about this food posting?

Found these food pictures while sorting all the pictures in my comp and I felt like sharing it. I've tried a number good food (thanks to dad who would bring me out for good food once in a awhile) and would like to recommend it. I know there's much more good food out there but sadly, I can't get to try all of them yet but I will always search for good food.

Well, most of the time, I didn't took pictures of it because you-know-why. Ok, for those who don't know, I'm a little impatient when something's mouth-watering is placed in front of me. Now you know why. haha.. So for those non-KL people who got the chance to travel to KL, you should try these out!

The Ship - The Best Steak in Town (Location: Jln Sultan Ismail,KL; Bukit Bintang, KL; Damansara Utama, PJ)
As I mentioned before, no other steak can beat this. But I suggest you guys not to go there during public holidays cause it's damn expensive. Probably they'll increase the price by 30-40%. I went there during the last Christmas with friends and it almost cost me a buffet meal at Jogoya. But I definitely enjoyed that night.

Sushi Zanmai (Location: The Gardens; 1Utama; & SunwayPyramid)
I can say this is so much better than Sushi King. In terms of price, quality, variety, taste, portion, and ambience is better. You pay for what you eat. The beef Sukiyaki is good, the Sushi and Sashimis are fresh, the Tamago with mayonaise is my favourite, and the Tempura is crispy. You'll see people queuing outside each outlet especially during peak hours(lunch and dinner time). So coincidence that one of my high school junior's working there and sometimes he'd treat me a dessert.

Nagomi Shabu-Shabu (Jaya 33, PJ)
This shabu-shabu is the authentic type. Which means, it's a Japanese cuisine. It's not like the one you see in Puchong whereby the dishes are placed on the conveyor belt and I felt like I'm eating ordinary chinese buffet steamboat. Even the dishes provided is in chinese style and the soup tastes like chinese steamboat's soup. Yes, it's quite pricey here but don't you feel good to have this once in a while? Healthy (lots of greens, mushrooms, and tofu) yet satisfying. Mmmm.. click on the title (Nagomi Shabu-shabu) above for the menu!

Amuleto by Crystal Jade (Location: Mid Valley)
The cheese baked rice here is fantastic! So much cheese at a reasonable price. The price is about the same as Kim Gary's but the amount of cheese is so much more than Kim Gary's. The lunch sets were worthy as well. A lamb chop + drink + soup + dessert would cost you less than RM20.00. There's a chocolate/cheese fondue buffet @ RM30.00 per person if I'm not wrong. Have not tried it before but I bet it's a good one. Recommended the cheese baked rice to my friends, and their reaction was "thumbs up!"

Sorry for abandoning my blog. I'm not those kiasu people that my friends have been mentioning. HAHA.. So I don't blog hundreds of irrelevant posts for the sake of getting that additional miserable 3 marks. It ruins the purpose of blogging. I'll get back that 3 marks by doing better in my finals.

If full marks were given to those who had the high number of posts, then everyone would start "e-fighting". ABC lost to XYZ for merely a single post and then XYZ would start to post pictures, forward emails, video clips, articles, and so on. Then ABC begins to feel ungratified and then he/she'll post those stuffs again.

For the past few days, my sleeping time has totally change. I'll sleep after I hear the Malay prayers in the morning and wake up in the noon. And yesterday, I slept at 7am and woke up at 9am to rush finish the assignment.

Went to Fork N Knife for dinner again yesterday with my roomie's coursemates. Bought them there since they wanted to try out. I found something weird. Well, the owner/person-in-charge there could recognise me and when I made the payment,

he: last few days got 3 girls came over.. You're studying in UNIMAS as well?
me: yup!
he: oh.. they're from UNIMAS too!
me: uh huh..
he: they said someone by the name of Michel(l)e recommended them here
me: oh really? How do they look like?
he: uhh.. I forgot but they said they're from the economics class but you're from marketing right?

Fork N knife is recommended by one of my friend and also sarawakian.net. Supposedly we wanted to celebrate one of my coursemate's birthday and for the past 2 weeks, we planned and planded and planned, 'ngai' and ngai and ngai, but ended up got rejected rejected and rejected by the birthday boy. The plan, from going out on friday for dinner to sing k to bbq on saturday and to dinner on saturday, all these-our hard work did not satisfy him. And all the excuses he gave are . . . . *speechless*. We ended up felt unappreciated. Sooo sien. So we don't want to force him and we decided to enjoy ourselves and cool down ourselves at fork N knife. Went with my roommate, badmintonmate, and coursemate. Thanks to Siew Lung for lending the car. xD

Teng Yen: i'll give 6/7. My jumbo teriyaki chicken is delicious.

Michele: I'LL GIVE A GOD DAMN 3/7! My steak was tough like chewing gum! Even tougher than chewing gum. I asked for medium but they gave me so rare! The best edible thing on my plate was the potato. I think it's stir fried potato with garlic.

Okay, this time I'll promise myself not to simply order any steak. There's no one steak could beat The Ship-The best steak in town. Unless I've tried a better steak than the one I had in The Ship. Pricey though, but worth it.

The next time, I'll go for the lamb shank. But I doubt it can beat the one in Food Foundry, PJ?

Went to Amazing pets nearby cause we saw so many cute doggies there. And this dog, was soooo cool. Didn't even want to pose and look at the camera. We tapped the glass but still, he doesn't want to face us. LOL. The others were cute. ahh.. I wish i could grab one back. =)

Kids are cute aren't they? So innocent, trouble-free, assignment-free, and stress-free. All they do is sleep, eat, travel, and play as planned by their parents at an expenses free. I wish I could. They laugh and cry out just like that. Yalah, they get scolded for being naughty but that's the learning process. The innocent look is just so cute. Ok stop the crap. Just wanted to post some pictures of the kids I'm closed to and I myself see them grow up from a less than one month old baby to a cute, cheeky, and bubbly child. MBO The Spring

At last the long awaited cinema in Kuching is now open! Since July, everyone was asking around "Eh.. When is the cinema in The Spring opening ah?" or "Wei.. How come the cinema so long also still haven't open one? I thought they say will open in July? tipu us one. Haihz"

And so, MBO decided to open its door on the so called auspicious day of 09.09.09. Essensuals Hairdressing at Jalan Song is open on the same day as well. hmm.. Nope I didn't went to the cinemas that day. Instead, I went yesterday and watch Final Destination 4.

Movie rating? 7/10 Not as exciting as part 1 and 3.

How's the cinema? Not as good as GSC and Cineleisure of course. The seats are not so comfortable cause it's a little bit hard and straight on the back + those kampung girls in front me shouting and screaming as if this was the first time they're watching movie in a cinema + the wooden floor which makes the chair shake when people walk by = spoiled my mood.

Anyway, this is the best cinema in Kuching so I shall not complaint much. haha

mom, aunty carine, and 3 kids' visit

Mom, aunty carine and her 3 kids came over for a holiday 2 weeks ago and i bought them around. Nope it's not a sightseeing tour but it's a delicious-mouthWatering-scrumptious-pleasantTasting-and-yummy tour filled with local food. 10/10 of the places I brought them for food was in a food court. Since the best-this and best-that was all in food courts, I didn't brought them to a nice and cosy restaurant but to places filled with people and noise. Even the kids like it! Titi can run here and there and look for his no.8 table, his favourite number. If table no.8 is occupied, he'll purposely go over and touch the number plate. If the table we were sitting is no.18/28/38(any number with an 8), he'll rub and scratch and peel to his best to get rid of the other number and left it with only the number EIGHT. So cute of him. hehe.. okay..Time for pictures.

The first stop after they arrive was 7th mile to try the most famous Teh-C-Special. at Lorong Liu Shan Bang 3a, Kota Sentosa, 7th Mile. Too bad the kon piah aunty wasn't there but I managed to get them 5 pieces of it on the day the left.

2nd stop was belacan bee hoon and sotong kangkung at Song Kheng Hai Food Court, Jln Padungan. The stall next to it was selling delicious lemon-honey sea coconut! Owh I like it. xD They checked into Tune Hotel after the sotong lunch. Our room wasn't as big as I saw last month during Chelsea and Vyro's duty trip. Sigh.. Took a nice bath and then headed to Taman Sahabat and then dinner at Jalan Song for the pork burger & etc.

Then we had a walk at waterfront and return back to the hotel. Something which I don't like at TuneHotel is they have a very limited parking space! I had to make a few rounds passing by Hilton hotel's porch hoping that there's an empty parking lot after the exiting from the porch. Duh..The doorman/bellboy must be shocked seeing the same driver in the same car passing by a few times every night. I once gave up of making the rounds and I stopped at the foot hill and waited for a car to leave. Fortunately it doesn't take long.

The next morning we went to Chong Choon Cafe at Jln Abell, Padungan for its famous sarawak laksa!
Peanut butter toast. The kids favourite. 3 of them ate 5 plates of this!

Kolo Mee for lunch at Siang Siang Tabuan Jaya. Then headed to UNIMAS for some sightseeing and picked ooimon up to join us for the rest of the trip.

We had pork satay, tomato crispy mee, and the famous white lady(evaporated milk with syrup and fruit base) at Taman Hui Sing foodcourt. The pork satay that day wasn't that excellent. It used to previously. Maybe the boss wasn't in a good mood? haha..

Later, near midnight, we had supper - Pork chop, Beef Steak, and Mix grill(ham, chicken and lamb) at Petanak Wet Market. The cheap yet succulent steak! Very the worth it i tell you. But I heard this stall opens late night which I don't know why. The next morning, we checked out and had breakfast at Chong choon cafe again for sarawak laksa before sending them off. Aunty carine likes it and the kids like the toast. Well, that's all I can say! Nice trip. Will do that again next month because a friend of mine is coming over for a holiday! Wooh!

I have to blog more to stay in the 'Top 10 most posts' list in order to get 5 marks. Not in a mood of blogging at all but at least I did blog something. haha! Anyway, I don't care much about it. Force blogging ruins the purpose of blogging. Okay, a simple update of what had happened for the past few days.

- finally met up with my supervisor and heck he talks to me non-stop! But it's fun talking to him. =)

- took some 'dong guai'(heaty) and korean ginseng(heaty) in a night and what happened the next day? "Overheated" and I got swollen lymph nodes on my neck! Felt so uncomfortable and I sometimes felt dizzy

- Rushed and handed in an assignment on the very last minute. I mean it. LAST MINUTE. But it's not my first time tough. Malaysians are last minute people especially students right? haha.. No offence to those who aren't.

- Got scolded by someone for nothing. So pathetic.

- Got a hair cut last Sunday at Jantzen. 40% discount and so much cheaper in KL's Jantzen. Wee..

- oh y a. Before I forget, I'm gonna blog about mom's visit on the next post!

Damai Trip

Went to Damai beach resort with ooimon and her coursemates last Thursday. Hell it was fun! And this is what I call holiday. At least I don't get stuck in the same old town for months. hahaha.

Well, I got a little bit of sunburn because I went to the beach at 2pm for about 2 hours. Played some volleyball and then seawater. Talk about the seawater, it was so so SOOO salty! Never in my life I've tasted such salty seawater. *spit spit*

The room was nice and worth it la.. Rm250 per night for 2 queen size beds and a sofa which can accommodate up to 6 or 7 people but there's only 5 of us. So, plenty of space. LOL.. After beach, we showered and waited for dinner. What's for dinner? SEAFOOD of course! We ordered crab, prawn, fish, greens, and soup. Food wass not bad but service was a No-No. I asked for ICE and they gave me RICE. So I asked again for ice, and they gave me what you know?? FRIED OYSTER!! OMG. I dare not to ask for ice again. HAHA.. Ok. Let the pictures talk. I'm lazy to write anymore.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY KUI HUONG !! (in advance)

I hope you enjoyed yourself today with us.

Well, too much to say and am lazy to write all of them in detail.
In summary, we had our dinner with another 8 of our coursemates in a very expensive steamboat restaurant. Nope, not the normal buffet style or set style steamboat but it's the ala carte type. What I ( or all of us) like the most was the soup which is herbal soup. SO we kept on drinking the soup to fill up our stomachs. After dinner, we headed to Kuching Fest for an hour or two. Then the most interesting part comes. We went to a pub/lounge for a drink. It's ladies night and we had free flow of vodka+sprite. WooHoo! And I'm little bit drunk - dizzy and heavy. (Kesian the guys they have to pay rm12 for a bottle of heineken. hahaha)

While on our way back, the rented car broke down and we stopped by the roadside. I called the owner and nobody knew what happened because the car couldn't start at all. Luckily there's another car behind us and we, the 7 of us cramped into a car. haha.. I think the owner will call me tomorrow. LOL. Okay.. Picture time!!

Too much to do in a limited time

Just finished one of my mid-term paper yesterday night and I screw it up. I only managed to answer one question with 80% of confidence. The rest? Don't mention it. haha. While having the test, it rained heavily for about an hour or two. Very heavy with big droplets and striking lightning. At last it rained! The weather was so damn hot for the past few days.

Unfortunately, I heard rumours saying that there'll be a water shortage in Sarawak. And this morning when I wake up, there's no water in my apartment. Sigh.. Why why why...

I think I should start doing my fyp by now. I have to stop with my last-minute-work attitude. Well, I'm a Malaysian. Haha.. Ciaoz..

p/s: I'm suppose to be in Sabah right now. Sighhh..

Kuching Food Festival

It's back!! The once in a year Kuching Food Festival is on again! Woo Hoo.. So many cars, so many people, so many tables, so many chairs, and last but not least, so many stalls selling FOOD!
I guess most of my friends out there knows that I love to eat. I used to be picky and choosey but not now. (Think of those who couldn't even get a proper meal or those who are starving day and night) I'll not eat much only when I'm low on appetite. Other than that, I eat alot. I can even stuff a ~~pig~~ in. haha.. Just kidding.. Well, I'm on diet now cause I've gained a few kgs since the day I landed on this land of hornbill.

Ahh..Back to the Kuching Fest story. The food there is basically the same every year. Repeating stalls and food but some managed to catch my eye and appetite. Yes, it's slightly more expensive but hey, it's a fair right? So expect to pay a little bit more. So what I've eaten? Scroll down..

borneo games postponed

Sigh.. I was so disappointed when I heard that the borneo games will be postponed. I don't mind if it is postponed for a few days or weeks but not months! Tentatively, the games will be held after CHRISTMAS DAY. HO HO HO? lol..

We've been training so hard these few days and after hearing the news, it seems like what we did was a waste of time. The time i meant here is the time that I could use to do my revision and FYP. A training of 2 hours is enough but not 5 to 6 hours outside, wasting my time waiting for the training to start and the time taken to travel to and fro. It's far and it's in Samariang.

Anyhow, the good side of the postponement is that I can train more and improve and i don't have to worry so much about my studies. Initially, the day I was supposed to leave for K.K so happens to be on the same day as my mid-term test. Phew~

The weather is so damn hot these few days. I can sweat without even making a single move. High metabolism rate I guess? haha.. Well, gotta start studying now. Ciaoz!

I have this weird mood where I don't feel like talking suddenly and nothing could really open up my mouth when I'm in that mood. But I'll be very talkative once that weird mood is over. Or in other words, I am sometimes emotional. LOL..

Went cycling in the evening with a bunch of friends from the engineering fac (I still don't get to pedal the aqua boat weih..). Apparently, I'm happy mixing with people. As long as I've myself occupied and with a group of friends surrounding me, I'll be totally glad. Well, nobody likes to be lonely right? Ahh.. I think I should start some studying already. Mid-term is next week if nothing slips in. Ciao peeps!

Saturday night fever? Nahh.. Today was boring. Did nothing much and everything I did was aimlessly. Started my day with some cleaning. Cleaned up my room and the dirty living room caused by the idiots. Wanted to transfer the pictures in my camera to my laptop but unfortunately, I left the cable back in KL. Sighh.. End up sleeping and watching drama the whole day.

While bathing halfway just now, the water supply cut off! Cis cis.. Luckily there's water outside the apartment. Phew. What a day.

Time for me to watch Fringe now. A very good series I would say. Ciao peeps!

The badminton tournament ended yesterday night and we were the champion in the consolation pool! Or in other words, we're the champion for loser's pool. Anyhow, we're still champion right? According to dad, champions are people who start and finish the race. Agree? Yeah..

The winner for consolation pool gets RM400 meanwhile the winner pool gets RM5000. wow o.O
Ahh.. I just did my fitness test just now in the evening and it hell is was tiring and exhausting! We're required to jog for 2.5km within 13 minutes. WTF. I got no stamina weih! And I'm breathing my lungs out half way throughout the jog. I was screaming towards the end of the jog and my friend said 'michele jerit macam dikejar hantu'.. LOL.. I completed it within 13.10 minutes and as luck would have it, they're lenient and I've passed the test.

Phew.. no traning tomorrow! It's the day for me to sleep sleep and sleep. xD

Internship

Well, as most of you guys know, I did my internship in a flight attendant training center as a telemarketer cum marketing assistant cum public relation cum counselor cum tea lady (haha). Overall, the job was kind of hectic, workload was nearly-tremendous, sometimes stressful, challenging, fun (with colleagues of course), and a surprising experience!

Uhm.. I think I shouldn't further talk about the internship experience as it will take me days to finish everything. Haha. So let's let the pictures do some of the talking.

Badminton - Sarawak Energy

Started the Sarawak Energy badminton tournament yesterday in i-don't-know-what-place-but-it's-far. LOL.. Soooooooo tiring. Went for training the night before and then train again the next morning. Early in the morning as early as 8am. Then went for the tournament which starts at 2.30pm, and lost every game to Everspring. 5 - 0. Got some feet injury + muscle aches = I walk like a duck now. Sighh..

And today, early in the morning 2-3am I had a very terrible stomach ache and diarrhoea. I suspect it's food poisoning because my other teammate had the same problem. And only both of us ate the same food - mee goreng. Arghh..

Today unimas lost again. 5 - 0. Lost to all the Sarawak top players. Hahaha.. Hope that we can at least win one game next tuesday. =)

Celebrated KangTing's birthday which falls on the 11th of July or 7-11. Easy to remember eh? hee.. We went to Taipei 101 for dinner and then headed to secret recipe. Me and ooimon initially wanted to buy her a slice of cake but her darling boyfriend insisted of buying her a whole cake. Of course he paid for it lah. We just pay for a small part of the cake. Something really pissed me off just now. I mean it. Reaaaaally pissed off. One of my housemate really doesn't know what 'cleanliness' means and she doesn't even have any common sense. I think the word "cleanliness" is not in her dictionary. We've been cleaning the house floor (and also toilet) quite frequently and she've been giving dirt on the floor frequently by walking around with a shoe/slipper. There's one day when another of my housemate was mopping the floor, she can just walk around with her bl**dy dirty slipper dirtying the floor again! Not the slippers that they wore in-house. It's those that the wore outside! And just now, after I came out from my bath, I saw her stepping into the wet bathroom with her dirty slipper again!

Dirt + Water = Muddy water!

Urghh.. Come on la.. Where's your common sense and responsibilty? We don't mind that you never even offered any help or even asked what should you do but pleeeeaase don't dirty it. The rest of us susah-payah clean the house and you dirty it just like that?! Since you know we're not wearing shoes and slippers in the house, take it off before you enter laaaaa.. Even if you're afraid that someone might steal your shoes, can't you just take if off and carry it into your room?

And one more thing, she really likes to bang the doors loudly. The main door, the toilet door, and her room door. I think she's either testing how solid and how long could the door last OR she's just plain rough, not understanding, and inconsiderate! For a few times, she just bang the door so loudly until I jumped up from my sleep. Ahhh.. I just don't know how to deal with these kind of people.

Inconsiderate people pisses me off. DANG!!

I'll be having THREE weeks of intensive badminton training before the tournament starts in Sabah. The training time is at night which I don't really agree with and to no avail, I couldn't say no. Majority wins right? I'll be having unusual dinner time for every monday, wednesday, friday, and saturday. Sobss..

No class to attend today and I've rotted with my 'lappie' for the whole day in the room. Supposedly there's a training today but it was cancelled last minute (yay).. So bored today. Stayed in the room for the whole day barely doing nothing. sigh..

MASUM - Kedah

I went Kedah for the MASUM games (bowling tournament) during May. Me and my teammates did soooo badly. So terrible and worst than what we scored during training sessions. The most I get throughout the 4 days tournament is 182 and the minimum 70. hahaha.. so embarassing to get soooo low.. I was so stress and tension all the time especially the NATIONAL BOWLERS is next to my lane. URghh.. Anyhow, I had what i wanted, which is the experience. I flew back 2days earlier which is on the 18th, after the team game. I wasted the 20th may ticket and paid rm200 for the new one. Sobss.. But I don't really mind because money sometimes can buy happiness. Yes, I'm not that happy over there. Mostly due to communication problems and the unfamiliar environment. And to get back to work ASAP.

Hey peeps! Sorry for abandoning my blog for few weeks.

Yes I'm back in Sarawak. Again.. hehehe..

Finished my internship on the 4th of july. My last day supposed to be on the 3rd of july but boss requested me to help out on the 4th, so mai help lor.. DEDICATION mar.. LOL. I think only me and my colleagues understand what does DEDICATION and COMMITMENT means to us. Well, cut it short cause there's too much for me to talk about during my internship period but I can hardly express them in words.

Started my final year on monday and I'm gonna be busy due to the FYP and my title's one hell of a title! Walaoo.. Never rest at all since my so called "holidays" cum internship period.

Ahh.. One funny thing. I missed my flight on the 5th of july! All along I thought my flight was on the 7th because the itinerary that I requested to be resend was so coincidently on the 7th of july, but it was last year's 7th of july! When I realised it was 2008, I couldn't do anything cause it was 11pm in the 6th of july. Apa boleh buat? Purchase a new ticket on the spot on tht 7th lar.. But I'll make a complaint to AirAsia as it's their fault as well for sending me the outdated itinerary. What for la I need last year's itinerary as I requested for this year's one?! URghh

I miss my exhousemates. The house is so quiet now. Few malay juniors moved in and another chinese gal. Toilet is dirty as well as the house. =( Colleagues coming to Sarawak tomorrow and I have to finish my internship report by today.

aaa... very lazy to blog. Dunno what to write although there is alot to write but the mood is not there.

Dear readers,

I don't know what to update. Haha.. Well, there's really nothing much to update actually. Everyday is nearly the same. Woke up 7 in the morning, reached office at 9.30 and work all the way through 7pm (sometimes 7.30pm), and reached home around 9 or 10pm. But something extraordinary happened these two days.

Two days ago, I got 3 students to register and I successfully made the grooming workshop for 3 participants happy and satisfied. Boss praised me. (1st time weih..hahahaha)

Yesterday, I wore skirt to office with black stockings, and he commented that I was the best dressed of the day. (hahahahha..)

But today, he said I dressed like an aunty(he said this to another 2 of my colleague as well). I don't think so and probably he's just joking cos he's in a good mood. =)

There's this intern who came in last week, I found out that she's my kindergarden-mate! wow.. hahahaha

Next week onwards will be a very busy week. Will be going to schools to give talk and exhibitions. Next weekend is NAPEI Edu Fair in MV and I have to go for both days. Sobss

Sometimes the Thailand/Korean candidates called in and it's really hard understanding their English. They're english are okay but they jumbled up all the sentences into a sentence. With no comma, pause and full stop. Phew.. We really had a hard time listening to them.

Siennyeee.. Both of the directors went to bangkok for the Oman air recruitment.. Yayyyy.. Abit relaxed.. kekeke..

First day of work

Urghh.. I hate hate hate waiting for bus! Waited for an hour plus from 7.15pm to 8.30pm!

I'm supposed to report myself at 9.30am and so my friend and I arrived earlier. Arrived at 9.15am and we found out that they have shifted to the new office downstairs.. Okay lor.. So we went down and searched for the new office. Found it but it's not open! Waited until 9.45am only someone in charge arrived. Wth..

Then sit there and listened to the boss repeating the same thing over and over again and I almost fell asleep. XD The first thing they asked me to do is to go online and shortlist the candidates from Romania! whoah.. Then shortlist the Thailand candidates from hundreds of CV. @.@ See until my eyes also went blur. I have to check their age and height. And the worst thing is to see whether they're pretty or not. How to judge lar.. hahaha.. The funny thing is some of the CVs went through an ex worker's hand and she wrote funny things on it. Somehow, I only managed to remember 2 of it:

hahaha.. When I looked at it, I laughed alone there. swt.. And I remember there's one candidate stated 'joking and cooking(Yum!)' under her interest. @.@ Why add the yum! therE? hahaha..

oh by the way. To those who doesn't know what company I'm working with, it's an aviation company training students to be a cabin crew and then assist in airlines by providing them the beat students. It is also an English language centre. =) I didn't know a fresh cabin crew could earn at least rm2.8k! Airasia - at least rm3.5k, Singapore Airlines - at least 8.5k singapore dollors, etc etc.. Those middle east airline companies offer even more. @.@

Hmmm.. Finals' over and I screwed everything up. This whole semester is the worst I ever had. Argh.. My first class honours hilang alrd I think. Sobss

This 2 months so-called-holiday is not a holiday for me. Will be doing my practical training in KL plaza and I'll be working from MONDAY TO SUNDAY! Ouch... Why Sunday?? Because I have to replace the days that I'll be going to Kedah for the bowling tournament. Sighhh.. One whole week in Kedah and I have to replace seven days.

OMG.. Me and my roommate used to sleep at 4 or 5am and wake up at 12 or 1pm. But I woke up at 11am today and I'm feeling sleepy now. @.@

Went out for dinner with roommie and coursemates yesterday. Rented a car just for dinner. Relax abit mah after few days of nonstop studying. Hehe.. And I had a very satisfying meal! Wooh.. Gives me energy to study hard eh? Ok lah.. A little bit exaggerating here. I'm still slugging now and I'm having my first paper tomorrow! hahaha..

Good Friday

That very Good Friday, we went out the whole day and enjoyed ourselves knowing that I had not hand in something important to my lecturer. But I get over it and enjoyed my day! We rented Viva and hell that was a good car to drive around town! Small and fuel consumption is so much better than the old kancil which I used to rent. Being the only one who knows how to drive a manual car, I've been the driver of the day. hehe..

We started off by sending 2 of my coursemates to airport. Orang kaya-kaya always get to go back during study breaks. Well, air ticket's cheap but I chose to stay here because I knew I wouldn't be studying if I'm back in KL. Wise decision eh? hehehe..

I dropped them off at the airport and headed back to campus to get the girls and off we go. First stop was at Satok cause there's a sale going on and I got myself a slipper. Then we went for early dinner at 'Bla Bla Bla...' a restaurant suggested by Kenny Sia again. Environment was nice but the menu was far beyond our expectation. It was those 'dai chao' dishes in the menu while we thought they serve western or something else. We ended up ordering the signature soup and a 3-4 portion of fried rice. Fried rice was rather bland but I think the other dishes that goes with rice would be nice. The most satisfying one was the dessert = a blueberry cheesecake! But the one I had in Four Points was the best so far.

Our wild night kicked off right after dinner. We went to a pub/club in a 4 star hotel and drank spirit as if they were plain water. hahaha.. No lahh.. I drank 3 cups only cause I have to drive while they drank 4-5. Rm10 for free flow of spirit, beer, juices, and soft drinks. It's ladies night! And I heard there's another place where you can drink all you can without paying a single cent (ladies night i mean). Hey..it's good to be a girl! haahaha..

I have to take care the 3 of them because I'm the most conscious one. 2 puked and another 1 felt like puking the whole night but she couldn't make it. Pity her... hehehe.. I bought them herbal drink to cool themselves down and then we went for supper when everyone's conscious. Ate my favorite mix grill and it doesn't cause a bomb. Rm11 for a succulent lamb chop and tasty pork chop served with a piece of bacon, fried egg, and crispy fries. Yummm.. And that ends the night. =)

Yay~ Me got a new bowling ball without paying cos my rich uni sponsored me. Muahaha.. Not me only lah of course. Sponsored the rest of the team members as well. Went to the bowling centre in BDC to custom fit our fingers to the BALLS(hahaha.. bowling balls lar.. Don't think dirty). The ones I'm using in my uni's bowling centre hurt my fingers. sobss

My uni sponsored a ball, a bag, and a pair of shoes. I didn't took the shoe cause it's ugly and not that good. So i decided to top up the remaining amount of money to get a better one. It's like paying rm100 for a rm300 shoe. Hehehe.. I didn't expect they sponsored us Scout Reactive lor.. I thought they'll sponsor us Tzone only. hehe.. This ball cost rm380. o.O okay, why green and white? Because only 11pounds got this colour left and I think it's nice especially I spinned it.

Lunch buffet @ four points by sheraton

Nice view huh? Well, me and a group of my coursemates celebrated the END of assignments for this semester in Four Points hotel, by Sheraton. A newly open hotel near town. We had lunch international buffet for rm38++.. Not that bad but not that 100% worthy. I'll say, 70% worthy because there is no oystersssssssssss, scallops and shark fin soup. LOL.

The most attracting food is the ones in the dessert corner especially the CHEESECAKE. Decorated nicely and colour combination is well combined. Ah.. The most satisfying dish I had is the seafood lasagna and cheesecake. And of course, the cappuccino that I have to pay for it. I didn't knew they'll charge me lor. They never say anything when I ordered it and I thought it's included in the package as I saw the coffee machine there can process cappuccino, espresso, blabla..Forget it. I'll just assume it is from starbucks althought it doesn't taste like one. hehehe.. The employees there are very friendly. Yep.. VERY.. Chefs walking around talking to customers asking about the food and waitress/ waiters helping out as soon as you need them.

Ohhhhhhhhhh... Yes.. It's done. IT's OVER!! YESHHHH!!! Assignments done!! Muahahahah.. Rush until I'm half dead. Never slept well for the whole week. Tuesday I slept at 5am and woke up at 7am.. And i had a presentation at 9am which I didn't prepare. Last minute preparation. Sighhh.. I sucked in my presentation. Never in my life I did that terrible and the audience laughed at me when I'm confused and screwed up. What a shame..

The last assignment hand in was entrepreneurshiT and I have to clean up the SHIT in a few days time. Again, last minute work. Students are always last minute eh? HEHE.. Was so happy when i hand the assignment to my group member to pass it up. I 50+ pages this time! oh ya.. The previous assignment, Retailing, we did 100+ pages! OMG.. It's as thick as a book. I think the lecturer will faint "eating" the "rice that we fried". We are all kaki goreng now. HAHAHA

Well, there's lots of things i wanna post before this but I just don't have the mood to type a single word. I have the mood now and I'm gonna continue it later.

This two weeks will be a very busy week for me. Assignments hand up, quizes, and bowling trainings. After next friday, hopefully, i'm free of assignments and quizes. And I shall concentrate on my finals after that. Phew.. What a hectic semester.. Me and my coursemates will treat ourselves to a buffet meal after struggling with assignments! Hehehe..

darn fed up with the research questionnaires. I'm supposed to redo 6 of it! Wtf.. It's up to the respondents whether they want to answer which scale lah.. What for creating a contrast question and demand that they have to give contrast answers? And the gap between the questions is so big. How could they remember what they answered before that? And we have to tell the respondents that they have to give contrats answers for question 11 and 64? Tell them they cannot circle a particular scale for more than 7 questions or so?? It's up to the respondents whether what they want to do with it what. It's their feeling that leads them to circle a particular scale. Why have to direct them? so bullshit.. grrr

I think I'm into bowling nowadays. After failing to enter the unimas team last year, I went for it again this year. And I succeeded! It's easier than before though. Keke.. I'm now officially in the bowling and badminton team. I get to bowl 4 times a week for FREEEEEEE + FREEEEE training. Muahahaha..

I joined the inter-faculty bowling competition today and we won! And now my thigh and butts are aching due to muscle pull. Another inter faculty competition this saturday. It's badminton. I'm exercising like a freak for this week. Monday, thursday, saturday - badminton. Tues, wednesday friday - bowling. This is why i don't get to rest even there's no mid terms. But I have assignments to rush. Sigh

Out of a sudden, I felt like getting a red jersey. Be it manchester or liverpool or vodaphone or gong xi fa cai or whatever. As long as it's a RED JERSEY. Ops, birthday's over.. Couldn't request for one. hahaha..

Okay, I'm gonna start counting down the number days before I go back to KL. 49 days to go!

Oh yesh. I'm done with mid terms. And now, I have to work hard on assignments and finals. Finals is next month!! Arghh.. WHO SAID UNIVERSITY LIFE IS EASY?? nonsense.

I relaxed myself the past 2 days which is the weekends. Played bowling for 6 games and I got selected into the unimas team! Muahaha.. The last game I got 4 strikes (Which it never happened to me before). The most I get last time is 2 or 3 strikes in a game. =)
I even washed my apartment's toilet which is a so-called stress releasing activity. Cited by my roommie from a book. Haha..

Ah.. About the movie I wastched that day, The Punisher-War Zone, we cabut-ed after 30minutes due to a very very bad sound system. The actors were talking in English but from what I heard, it sounds like GERMAN. HAHA.. And out of one sentence, I can only hear 1 or 2 words and that word is not a good one. I heard bastard from a sentence, and I heard fuck from another sentence. Swt.. No. No subtitles at all.

I ate 4 slices of cheesecake yesterday! OhMyOhMyOhMyGOD.. So fattening lor. All these just togive face to my coursemates who held an event. HAHA.. Me and my roommie ate half a cake for tea time and supper. Ouch.. I swear I WONT EAT CHEESECAKE for the next few months!

Talk about the cheesecake, I told them I bought cheesecake and invited them to eat together. One of them give a face as if I'm giving her SHIT to eat. Come on la.. If you don't want to eat, at least reject and tell in a polite way that you don't eat cheese or you're full or you're not feeling or whatever la. DON'T SHOW THAT KIND OF FACE lah.. That face with a bend down lips and shakes your head as soon as I talk about it. Macam tak sempat say NO only. aduih.. The others also the same. Just that they didn't show that kind of face. But they rejected as if there were poison in the cake. weird..so weird..

Yesterday's ah ping's birthday and will be going out tonight to celebrate with him. Will be going to 'chef at home' which is rated as the best casual dining place in Kuching by Kenny Sia and recommended by Miss Lam. Hope this is a good one eh. The previous restaurants serving western food weren't that satisfying. So far there's only one I'm happy with it. It's at a food court and the price is cheap. Pork chop for rm8 and it's succulent and tasty and well marinated.
Will come up with tonight's food review.

I was squatting on the floor and selecting my favorite Dettol body shampoo. This salesgirl approaches me and points at my skin and mumble some words in mandarin which I couldn't catch, and I thought she was the promoter for Dettol

M: Uhmm.. May I know how much is this? (points at a bottle)

S: (Again, she mumbled some words which I couldn't understand but I heard a sentence saying that brandZBC's body shampoo is this good that good and she asked whether what is my skin type)

M: (Owhh.. So, she's not the promoter for Dettol, and I straight away say...) OH! I'm just helping my friend to get a body shampoo!

And then she straight away got up and told me that bottle of Dettol is rm12.99 with a face that looks like the whole world owes her money. And I straight away took a bottle of those and walk away! HAHAHAHA! Ok lah.. I didn't really did it on purpose but I really couldn't get what she's trying to tell me! And I'm in a hurry that time. LOL!

Tomorrow's another midterm test. I've still got a lot more to read and I'm gonna finish it tonight! Now, I get to online with my phone connected to the pc! Rm30 a month with unlimited usage but it's gprs of course. DiGi mah.. eheheh.. Gotta go study now! CiaozZ

Phew! Felt a little bit relieved after today's midterm test. Damn 'gau siu' lor.. All of us studied whole night and studied according to the tips given, but only 2 or 3 came out! We goreng-ed everything in the paper and there goes a nasi goreng ikan bilis-cina-bombay-pattaya-paprik.
hahaha. And the lecturer played a fool of us. Yesterday he posted a notice around noon saying that today's exam will be brought forward to 9am. None of us saw the notice and only a few saw them. i received a few SMSes saying that it is a confirmed notice. OKay... I have to wake up 2 hours earlier and I had not slept for 19 hours yesterday. So this morning all of us went to the exam hall by 9am and when the clock strikes 9am, nobody moved, and the lecturer is not here yet! wth. Later on, we found out that the exam's time has been postponed back to the orignal time which is 11am. Aduihhh.. HOI! MAIN-MAIN KA???? GRrrr..

Reach back my hostel around 5pm and I wanted to take nice bath before taking my nap but the toilet's occupied. While waiting, I lied on my bed and I fell asleep. ZzzzzZzzzzz
I'm kinda rejuvenated now after the pointer killing subject is partially done. I have 3 more midterms to go and a number of assignments to hand in SOON. Gosh, I really hate assignments. And I believe everyone who went through this, hates it as well.

Talk about my new housemates. They are weird. One of them is so so so healthy enough to sleep at 10pm and wakes up at 7am every single day even she has no class. Another one is so so so unhealthy enough to talk on the phone for few hours non stop until 3 or 4 am (or even later because I heard her talking on the phone before I sleep) and wakes up early in the morning and comes back in the evening. OMG.. Another 2 was normal I can say. So far I see nothing weird in them. hehehe.. Okay lah. Gotta go for revision again. NO MORE LAST MINUTE REVISIONS. IT KILLS! CiaozZ!

I always hate the second semester because it's shorter than the 1st sem. Which means, I have less time to finish all the stuffs. Midterms, assignments, and finals, ALL IN 3 MONTHS! 6 bloody thick textbooks to finish in 4 months, 6 assignments, 1 event report, 2 case studies, 3 business plans, and 2 research analysis. *gulp* Hallelujah!

I'm lack of sleep and the only thing I do in class is "fishing" with my head. It's very very very suffering weih. I wanted to stay awake, but my eye lids are to heavy to lift up. It's like a battery doll running low on battery where its eyes couldn't really open properly.

I had one of my midterm test on wednesday and I didn't really did well. I've got 37/50. I know I know.. Some of you might say it's enough but it is not enough for me because midterm is the easiest part of all. If I didn't score well in the finals and assignments, BOMB! There goes away the A.. Sighh..

Last saturday and sunday I joined the inter-hostel badminton tournament. Well, I'm not supposed to join in the first place. I was supposed to be the umpire but one day before the game starts, a senior called my up and asked whether I could play for their hostel. Obviously, the hostel I'm playing for is not the one I'm staying now. Betrayer eh? hahaha.. I wanted to play for my hostel but I didn't know who to contact. And since the senior who helped me out when I had problems, asked for my help, i said OK. And we WON!! Muahaha.. (Shit. Now all the ajks and felos from the hostel I played for recognises me)

I've been exercising non stop since last Thusday. From jogging to badminton to bowling to basketball. My muscles are aching non stop. Ouch.. But I love jogging around the lake, and crossing the bridge. =)

Few days ago I'm officially 22 years olddd.. OLD? Not old lar.. Still young and "sweet" (ueeekkk). Hahaha. kidding kidding.. Well, few of my friends celebrated them with me and I really appreciate it. Thank you to those who celebrated and wished me via msn/SMS/facebook/friendster/phone. Wish me again next year yea? And me wan surpise..*hint hint* But seems like I'll be celebrating here next year cos the CNY holiday starts on the 13th feb.

Okay. Back to my birthday celebration. On the 4th, ooimon, kangting, and ahping celebrated with me in MV. Thanks for the meal and movie. =) After that, me and dear went to the vet and pick up Junie. She's been spayed and the anesthesia is still there. She's been acting weird since then. Hissing and miao-ing like a mad cat at anyone who approaches her. Was so worried about her that time. Glad she's back to normal now with a better appetite.

After sending her home, me went for dinner at food foundry with dear, kambing, lembu, biribiri, and alan. Kambing's bday is on the 2nd, while me and biribiri is on the same day. Me, lembu, and monyet bought a blazer from G2000 for kambing and she liked it alot. Macam macam la CEO of kandang. hehehe.. Meanwhile, we got biribiri a wallet from Esprit. use it use it! hehe..

On the 5th, dad bought me, mom and dear to sec17's '6 to 10 grill and nasi lemak' for lunch. Sec 17 again.. The night before went there for food foundry and today's restaurant is just one or two flats way only. Food was nice. Ate pork chop chop chop. Wahh.. Ate western food for both days. OMG. I have to go on diet already.

Later at night me and him went to kfc for dinner just for a mashed potato and cheesy wedges. The pork chop is still in our stomachs. After that he bought me to skybar! Traders hotel's 33rd floor. Very very very nice lor.. Nice environment, nice music, nice drink, nice scenery(can see KLCC clearly right in front of us) Hehehe..

New hostel, New room, New cockraoches

Well, me and ooimon shifted to the new hostel yesterday. Packed our things, and cleaned the new room right after our classes. We've been moving up and down non stop since 5pm for 6hours! And I've been driving like a mad woman between my old hostel and the new one. My whole body is gonna ache soon and I can fell it's coming. Sobss..

Talk about my studies.. I'm feeling so so so stress now! I've to finish assignments and mid-terms in 1 and a half month. OhMyMummyDaddyGod. I've got a mid-term coming next week and it covers 10 chapters which I have not even started A SINGLE PAGE. It's the worst and most stressful semester of all. Maybe the coming ones are even worst. Dare not think about it.. sobsobss

Anyhow, I had lots and lots and lotssa FUN during the chinese new year. Remember the list I talked about in my last post? Here it comesssssssss......

10th day - Pre-celebrated my bday with ooimon, kangting, ah ping in mv. Then dinner with dear, kambing, yanyee, sukyen, and alan at food foundry
11th day - happy birthday to me! Stayed home in the noon, then went out for dinner and went to skybar with mua darling. =)
12th day - Went shopping with mum and at last, i bought a new wallet! Then dinner at Daidomon(shabu shabu buffet) with mom and dear.
13th day - Stayed home, dinner with parents and pack.
14th day - back to sarawak
15th day - Shifted to a new hostel

I enjoyed everyday except the last two due to the tiredness and LACK of sleep.
SOrry to those who I cannot made it for you but there's still next year! (if there's any because I don't want people coming scolding me. hahaha)
That's all I shall post for today. Had been trying connecting to the wireless for S-I-X hours but I'm sleeeeepy now. CiaozZ!

Omg. My cat went on heat! No wonder she kept on meow-ing in a weird way. Hahaha.. Bought her to the clinic and doc asked us to bring her back tomorrow with an empty stomach before he could spay her.

well, I had lots of fun this cny! Went visiting from house to house and collected lots and lots and lots of angpaus. Keke.. Will come out with a list of activities and houses that I visited during cny before I head back to Sarawak. It's a record breaking for me lor.. =)
